In-stock items ship within 1-3 business days. Custom orders typically ship within 5-10 business days. Rush orders, add $1 per item plus cost of expedited shipping. Large orders may take longer.
All sales are final but your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not pleased, contact us within 4 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and details about the product you would like to return & we will do our best to work out a solution. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
If there is an error on our part, returns will be accepted up to 7 days after you have received your items. They must be post marked within that time frame and ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT with a delivery confirmation number to qualify for a refund.
Custom orders are not returnable unless there is an error on our behalf. Your satisfaction is very important to us, so we will make every effort to send you pictures of custom orders before they are shipped. We can also send you ribbon samples (just pay for postage).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
We can ship to any address in the continental United States. If you need your accessories shipped outside of the continental United States, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Please also note that the flat rate shipping charge is based on a medium sized box. If the amount you pay for shipping is more than $1 over the actual shipping cost, we will refund the extra amount back to you.
